The story goes:

Barnett Satinsky had a “Soda Water” bottling business – He married Minnie Werner whose family had a “flavoring syrup” business.

The factory was located on South 2nd Street — 421 S. 2nd – presently offices and a pub/restaurant. These thick glass bottles were meant to be returned, cleaned and reused.
